Order Processing All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
International Shipping (Canada & Other Countries) International orders typically take 10–21 business days after production, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Addresses We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@infinity-expressions.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
